OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IBRAHIM FLUXCORE LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services.

15) Governing Law; Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and U.S. federal law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration seated in San Diego County, California.

16) Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
