At Conradoo, we understand that plans may change. This policy explains when and how an order may be canceled or modified.

Order Cancellation or Modification

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement at no additional cost.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our support team within 24 hours by emailing support@conradoo.com.

After 24 hours, orders enter production and fulfillment. Because all products are made to order, cancellations or changes are no longer possible once production has begun.

Important Notes

• Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
• If a package is returned due to an inaccurate address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
