At Conradoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Conditions

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused or gently used, in original packaging, and include all original tags or accessories.
• Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are available for eligible items (such as size or color) once the original item is in transit.

2. Return Process

• We will provide full return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.
• All returns must be sent by mail.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if one of the following conditions is met:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The product differs from the original order (design, size, or material).
• You received an incorrect item.

Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags are
not eligible for a refund.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
• After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled or modified, as all products are made to order.

5. Refund Details

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) to the original payment method.
• If your refund has not appeared after 15 days, please check with your bank or card provider.

6. Responsibility & Notes

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
• Please contact our support team before sending any item back.
